When we started Maid Fresh, it was just the two of us — no big team, no fancy systems. Just a belief that every home deserved to feel fresh again: a clean bench, folded towels, and the smell of lemongrass.

Over time, we realised cleaning isn’t just about surfaces. Some homes carry weight — the weight of life, challenges, and people doing their best. That’s when Maid Fresh became more than a business.

Born and raised in New Zealand, we grew up in big families where respect, mana, and helping others were everything. We bring those values into every home — whether it’s a tidy-up or a Support Clean for someone going through a tough patch.

We don’t rush. We don’t judge. We just show up — with heart.

Now and then, our kids lend a hand, learning the same values we grew up with, just in Australia. One day, we hope Maid Fresh grows into a whānau — a team of people bringing care, heart, and purpose to every home.
