When we started Maid Fresh, it was just the two of us — no big team, no fancy systems. Just a belief that every home deserves to feel fresh again: a clean bench, folded towels, and the smell of lemongrass.

Over time, we realised cleaning isn’t just about surfaces. Some homes carry the weight of life — stories, challenges, and people doing their best. That’s when Maid Fresh became more than a cleaning business — it became a way to help others feel seen, supported, and respected through specialised cleaning services across Melbourne and the South-East suburbs.

Born and raised in New Zealand, we grew up in big families where respect, mana, and helping others meant everything. We bring those values into every home we step into — whether it’s a Support or Compassionate Clean, Hoarding and Squalor Recovery, or Deep Sanitation and Property Cleaning.
